You have up to 100 nights starting from the delivery date to send us an email at [email protected] with a return request for a refund. We kindly ask that you try the mattress for at least 30 days.
- The opened or used mattress will need to be donated or disposed - local suggestions will be provided to the customer. A receipt is required to verify the donation or disposal.
- For the sleep tracker, the hub will need to be returned, and the cover portion will need to be disposed.
*Refunds are processed after the returns are completed via the steps above and will take up to 5-8 business days for the amount to reflect on your original form of payment.
