You have up to 100 nights starting from the delivery date to send us an email at [email protected] with a return request for a refund. We kindly ask that you try the mattress for at least 30 days.
- The opened or used mattress will need to be donated or disposed - local suggestions will be provided to the customer. A receipt is required to verify the donation or disposal and process a refund.
- For the opened or used sleep tracker, the hub will need to be returned, and the cover portion will need to be disposed.
- If an opened/used product is exchanged from an initial order, you will not be eligible for an additional 100-night trial on subsequent orders. However, if your product is returned completely unopened, the 100-night-trial will be available on your next purchase of that same product.
*Refunds are processed after the returns are completed via the steps above and will take up to 5-8 business days for the amount to reflect on your original form of payment.
