Please email us at [email protected] within the specified trial timeline, in the subject line write “Return Request – [Your Order #]” and in the body of the email include the full name on the order and reason for return.
For the mattress (100 Day Trial): Our customer support team will do its best to respond within 1-2 business days to set up the removal and pick a date based on your availability. Once your mattress has been removed, your refund will be issued within 2-3 business days.
For the sleep tracker (30 Day Trial): Customers will be asked to return the control hub back to our office. A refund will be processed within 2-3 business days from when we receive the hub back.
