PUT INTO PAIRING MODE / TROUBLE WITH PAIRING
If you’re having trouble pairing your device, you can try putting the device into pairing mode. Follow the instructions below to do this properly.
- Press and hold the large round button on the hub for 15 seconds.
- The hub will blink blue.
- Open the app and follow the set-up process again.
If your hub still isn’t blinking blue, try plugging the power cable into a different outlet. Make sure both the power cable and connector cables are firmly plugged into the hub.
