This shows you your weekly and monthly averages of in bed and out of bed times. Meaning, the time you usually got in bed and got out of bed for the last 7 or 30 days. These data points can help create a consistent bedtime routine.
This shows you the percentage of time slept that was spent in either deep or light sleep on average for the last 7 or 30 days. These stages are determined by the amount of motion and heart rate monitored during your sleep.
