Before you set up Eight, you’ll need to download the Eight app on iOS or Android from our Getting Started page, or search for ‘Eight Sleep’.
If you are having issues with the app, try the these troubleshooting tips:
- Close and reopen the app.
- If you are still experiencing the same issues, delete the app from your phone.
- Update the software on your device to the latest version.
- Re-download the app to your phone.
Please note that the Eight app is compatible with iPhone 6 Plus, 6s, 6, 5s, 5c, 5, and 4s, and iPad Pro, Air, and Mini supporting iOS version 8.3 or later. The Eight app is compatible with most Android devices that support version 4.3 Jelly Bean or later.
